The RFQ consists of multiple equipment lots, including cardio equipment, strength machines, and free weights/accessories. Suppliers may submit responses for one, multiple, or all lots. Suppliers must be able to provide commercial-grade equipment suitable for high-use recreation environments and demonstrate appropriate warranty, servicing, and parts support within New Zealand. Delivery and installation are anticipated between September and December 2026.
