About this tender

Overview Hastings District Council (HDC), on behalf of the Hawke's Bay Regional Shared Services (HBRTS) partners, is seeking proposals from suitably qualified telecommunications and network service providers for the provision of resilient internet and connectivity services under Request for Proposal P2027-946, Regional Services Internet and Connectivity Services. Scope HDC is seeking suppliers capable of delivering one or more of the following service components: Internet services for participating councils Premium internet services for the HBRTS data centre environment Dark fibre connectivity between data centres Layer 2 connectivity services Resilient and diverse network architecture supporting business continuity objectives Associated transition, implementation and support services HDC is seeking solutions that improve network resilience, reduce single points of failure, provide diversity across carriers, exchanges and physical paths, and support the ongoing operational requirements of participating councils.
