Overview Pharmac (the Pharmaceutical Management Agency) invites proposals for the supply of rituximab, infliximab and tocilizumab in New Zealand. Scope The scope includes: Supply of rituximab, infliximab and tocilizumab in New Zealand Information Requested This request for proposals (RFP) letter incorporates the following schedules and attachments: Schedule 1 specifies the pharmaceuticals for which Pharmac is requesting proposals and sets out the background to the RFP and the types of proposals sought Schedule 2 describes the process that Pharmac expects to follow in relation to the RFP Schedule 3 sets out information about the estimated size of the current subsidised market and estimated forecasted market for the pharmaceuticals Attachment 1 is the form in which non-price information can be provided Attachment 2 is the form in which price information can be provided Contract Terms and Conditions Attachment 3 contains Pharmac's standard terms and conditions for supply of pharmaceuticals Attachment 4 contains the standard Principal Supply Status terms Attachment 5 is the New Zealand Government Supplier Code of Conduct Tender Briefing An online supplier briefing will be held for this opportunity. Date: Tuesday 4 August Time: 1:00 p.m. (New Zealand time) Format: Virtual briefing Interested parties should register by emailing procurement@pharmac.govt.nz. Instructions to Tenderers Proposals must be submitted to Pharmac via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) no later than 12:00 p.m. (New Zealand time) on 2 September 2026.
