Auckland Council is undertaking a significant technology transformation programme to better service our diverse communities. To ensure the delivery of well-engineered, secure and robust systems, along with reliable ongoing support, we are seeking a panel of up to three (3) strategic integration resource partners with the ability to provide both scalable resourcing to meet peak demands and deep specialist expertise across a range of integration platforms. Our ideal partners will be able to demonstrate: Scalable capacity: Rapid access to skilled integration professionals to scale delivery and operational support. Depth and breadth of expertise: Demonstrated capability across a wide range of integration technologies. Enduring improvement: Commitment to strengthening internal platforms, processes and capability beyond delivery. Applied innovation: Ability to pragmatically apply AI and innovative integration approaches to enhance delivery, quality, and sustainability. The selected partners will form part of our broader strategic sourcing approach, enabling flexibility, resilience and access to specialised skills. The contracts are anticipated to commence in August 2026 If you have any questions, please reach out to Divya Gowthaman: divya.gowthaman@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
