Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main building contractor to carry out plumbing refurbishment works to the student bathroom facilities in Blocks 3 and M1 at Raumati Beach School, Raumati Beach, Kāpiti Coast. The existing bathroom facilities are in poor condition and no longer fit for purpose, requiring complete refurbishment and modernisation. Scope The scope includes: Complete refurbishment and modernisation of the student bathroom facilities in Blocks 3 and M1 Replacement of sanitary fixtures and fittings Replacement of wall and ceiling linings Replacement of floor coverings Demolition of existing partitions Construction of new individual cubicles Installation of new double glazed aluminium windows Enquiries All enquiries are to be made through the GETS website.
