Overview Buller District Council is seeking a contractor to supply and install new culverts across the Karamea Highway Bluff Rd section. Scope The scope includes: Supply and installation/construction of new culverts across the Karamea Highway Bluff Rd section Supply, trenching, backfill and compaction for approximately 36m of 900mm diameter Class 4 concrete pipe Supply, trenching, backfill and compaction for approximately 28m of 750mm diameter Class 4 concrete pipe Supply, trenching, backfill and compaction for approximately 15m of 600mm diameter Class 4 concrete pipe Installation of associated precast concrete headwalls and rock rip rap at each of the five culvert crossings Reinstatement of the trench surface with a two coat grade 3/5 chip seal Excavation to trench depths varying between approximately 2m and 3m Instructions to Tenderers All communications regarding this opportunity must take place through the GETS website.
