Scope The scope includes: Block 1: Installation of a new TPO membrane overlay to the existing Butynol roof, remediation of flashing details, and replacement of damaged roof sheets, loose rivets, and sealants Block 2: Replacement of existing non-trafficable clearlight panels with new trafficable clearlight panels Block 5: Lifecycle roof replacement with new coloursteel roof product and associated flashings, new barge, new gutters, and downpipes Block 8: Roof remediation including replacement of gutters, flat sheets, and nails and screws Block 9: Replacement and installation of damaged downpipes to the existing roof structure
