About this tender
Overview The Kapiti College Board of Trustees is seeking the services of a Roofing Contractor to undertake the re-roofing of Blocks A, C and F at Kapiti College, as shown on drawings supplied by Ruruku. Scope The scope includes: Installation of scaffold and edge protection as outlined in a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) Removal of old roof cladding, flashings, fixings and accessories in a planned, staged manner to tie in with the laying of new material Installation of new cladding, fixings, flashings and accessories as indicated in the drawings Use of trampolines and covers to ensure weathertightness throughout the re-roofing process Contractor Requirements Staged handover of the project is not required, however working on one block at a time is preferable. Contractors are required to provide a construction programme with their tender submissions.
