Overview The issuer wishes to engage a construction supplier to carry out works at Roslyn Fire Station to complete minimum standards and layout improvements, involving an extension of the existing station by circa 108m². Scope The scope includes: Extension of the existing Roslyn Fire Station by circa 108m² Completion of minimum standards and layout improvements at the station Working to an agreed staged and negotiated methodology to minimise disruption to emergency response capability while the station remains fully and partially operational during portions of the construction period Ensuring the safety of personnel and contractors onsite throughout the works Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit is scheduled for this opportunity.
