About this tender
QLDC’s Sport and Recreation team is seeking to procure a modern Recreation Management Software Solution to support the management and delivery of recreation services across its facilities and programmes. The required solution will support the administration, booking, scheduling, payment, membership, and customer management functions associated with QLDC sport and recreation services, including but not limited to: • Swimming lessons and learn-to-swim programmes • Aquatic facility bookings and lane allocations • Gym and fitness memberships • Casual facility access and visit management • Recreation programme enrolments and attendance tracking • Stadium, court, room, and facility bookings • Customer relationship management and communications • Online customer self-service capability • Payment processing and financial reporting Across the following QLDC sport and recreation facilities: • Queenstown Events Centre • Wānaka Recreation Centre • Paetara Aspiring Central • Frankton Golf Centre • Arrowtown Memorial Pool Contact : Adam McLean contact.procurement@qldc.govt.nz
