Te Kura o Hirangi - Building Block A,D,E,F: Toilet, Ceiling and Deck Replacementa

Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a contractor to undertake toilet, ceiling and deck replacement works to Building Block A, D, E and F at Te Kura o Hirangi. About School buildings require regular maintenance for optimum function and enjoyment. Purpose The outcome sought is maximum amenity from the Kura's buildings, along with compliance and necessary replacements. Scope The scope of the project is based on interviews with Kura teachers and staff and a Condition Assessment undertaken on behalf of the Kura for all the buildings, highlighting various potential upgrades and improvements.
