Kia Ora, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is seeking to appoint a Supplier/s to help support our Policing Support Programme in Timor Leste. We are looking for suppliers who have the capability, experience and expertise to deliver the full services as outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR). The supplier will need to demonstrate comprehensive community policing expertise consistent with New Zealand’s approach, sector experience and a solid track record in successfully delivering programme support services for large, complex programmes in an ASEAN or Pacific Islands context.
