Overview The School Board is seeking registrations from suitably qualified contractors to act as Main Contractor for roofing renewal works across multiple buildings at Verran Primary School, on behalf of the Ministry of Education (NZ). Scope The scope includes: Roofing replacement across multiple buildings at Verran Primary School Replacement of flashings Replacement of gutters and downpipes Clearlite roofing works Associated remedial works Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience delivering roofing projects within occupied educational facilities Demonstrated experience managing working-at-height activities Instructions to Tenderers Shortlisted contractors will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Tender process.
