Tenderers are to note this contract is indirectly funded by the Commonwealth for the purposes of any applicable schemes/policies which are value driven. Contract award date: 22nd June 2026 Date for practical completion will be confirmed post tender and will give consideration to the successful tenderer’s program but will be no later than 30th September 2026 for Separable Portion 1, and no later than 30th November 2026 for Separable Portion 2. Where a river is to be used, the Contractor shall comply with the requirements of OSW/2020/5467 Exemption requirements for constructing authorities for the take of water without a water entitlement and submit all notices required. Where a private bore is proposed to be used, the Contractor shall provide the Superintendent with a copy of a written water use agreement with each landowner which is to include as a minimum a cost per kilolitre, nominated access points and include other details such as who is providing a pump/generator etc. no less than 15 business days prior to taking the water.
