What the buyer is requesting Details Etheridge Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the construction of DRFA restoration works on the below listed roads. Separable Portion 1: Gravel Stockpiling for all works Separable Portion 2: All works on the following roads: Agate Creek Gemfields Road Agate Creek Road Cobbold Gorge Road (CH. 30,450 – 81,830) Gilberton Road (CH. 43,265 – 81,830) Gilberton Station Road Iona Road Old Robinhood Road Ortona Road Ortona Station Road Perryvale Road Rungulla Road Six Mile Road The individual roads listed above will be individual milestones listed in the Contract. Tenderers are to note this contract is indirectly funded by the Commonwealth for the purposes of any applicable schemes/policies which are value driven. Contract award date: 22nd June 2026 Date for practical completion will be confirmed post tender and will give consideration to the successful tenderer’s program, but will be no later than 30th September 2026 for Separable Portion 1 and 30th November 2026 for Separable Portion 2. Overall there is 4227.87m3 more in the drawings as compared to price schedules. Please advise which value to be followed for the tender pricing? A discrepancy has been found in Cobbold Gorge Rd - Gravel Resheet line and has been amended in revised price schedule, see NTT05. Can you please advise the coordinate system used for the original CAD files, we think it might be GDA2020/MGA Zone55, however please confirm, if correct. 2. Can you please advise suitable water sources for each package. Thanks Answered on 22/May/2026 04:40 PM : GDA2020/MGA Zone54 The Contractor shall nominate their proposed water sources in their Site Based Management Plan which may include a combination of rivers, borrow pits, and private bores/turkey nests. Where a river is to be used, the Contractor shall comply with the requirements of OSW/2020/5467 Exemption requirements for constructing authorities for the take of water without a water entitlement and submit all notices required. Where a private bore is proposed to be used, the Contractor shall provide the Superintendent with a copy of a written water use agreement with each landowner which is to include as a minimum a cost per kilolitre, nominated access points and include other details such as who is providing a pump/generator etc. no less than 15 business days prior to taking the water. The Contractor is responsible to source sufficient water to complete the WUC and all costs for alternate water supply if required shall be borne by the Contractor. 20/May/2026 04:47 PM Question : Hi, Is it possible to get the CAD files for the roads sketches in the scope of works document?
