Council advises that the tender specification has been developed in line with its operational needs and specifically requires specialised plant hire on a Wet hire basis. At this time, dry hire is not included within the scope of the tender and Council is not seeking to amend this requirement. Tenderers must ensure their submissions align with the specification as issued.
