2026 -Cleaning Services at People First Stadium and Cbus Super Stadium

Stadiums Queensland is seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies, organisations and individual operators for the provision of Cleaning Services at People First Stadium (Carrara) and/or Cbus Super Stadium (Robina) on the Gold Coast. There are four (4) components of Cleaning Services required which are to be managed simultaneously by the successful Proponent. These include: Day to Day Cleaning - Cleaning of tenancy areas, including Venue Management and Catering Administration areas Event Cleaning - Pre-Event, Event Day and Post-Event Function Cleaning Additional / General Maintenance Cleaning Services - Up to 38 hours per week of General Cleaning around the venue as agreed outside of Event Commitments Proponents will need to provide Cleaning Services at different times, depending on the specific requirements of each event. Event-specific requirements will be discussed with the successful Proponent for which previously agreed rates of engagement will apply. It is important Proponents are aware that events will be conducted on weekdays, weekends and public holidays and during non-business hours. It should be noted by Proponents that from time to time, the City of the Gold Coast (COGC) council may seek the assistance of Stadiums Queensland to acquire events of civic significance and that require the use of part or all of the stadium in addition to the land COGC owns and is situated adjacent to the stadium. Where Stadiums Queensland agrees to collaborate in support of such multi-site events, Stadiums Queensland will work with the successful Proponent, to ensure the services can continue to be delivered to a reasonable extent, on a non-exclusive basis, having regard to the arrangements in place on the COGC controlled land. Proponents may submit a Proposal for either People First Stadium or Cbus Super Stadium or for both venues. Proposals will only be acceptable for all services as detailed for each venue’s requirements, not individual components. Stadiums Queensland does not warrant any minimum volume of work for the selected proponent. Interested parties are required to enter into a Confidentiality Deed Poll prior to the Invitation to Submit Offers documentation being released, which outlines the services required and materials to be submitted Please download the Confidentiality Deed Poll and ensure all yellow highlighted areas are completed and the document is signed by the appropriate officer within your organisation. After submission of the above document (via email to tenders@stadiums.qld.gov.au) and assessment to confirm it is correct and complete, the Invitation to Submit Offers documentation will be issued to the Proponent’s representative outline in clause 8.7(b)(ii) of the Confidentiality Deed Poll. Completed Confidentiality Deed Polls are to be received by Stadiums Queensland by no later than 1:00PM (AEST), Thursday, 4 June 2026 to receive the Invitation documentation. Final submissions close 11:00am (AEST) Monday, 29 June 2026 via VendorPanel. Proponents are to submit their proposal in one (1) pdf document that incorporates all aspects of their submission.
