Overview Charters Towers Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for appointment as a preferred supplier for the acquisition and removal of manure as described in the tender documents. Scope The scope includes: Acquisition and removal of manure from the designated stockpile at an agreed cost per m3 Conducting removal activities at times favourable to saleyard operations and as agreed with Council Instructions to Tenderers All options and submissions will be considered, with Council determining the submission that provides the best overall value. Council considers that the manure, as a resource, may provide opportunities to create a new business or industry or to value-add to an existing business or industry, and welcomes interest in that regard. Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
