About this tender
The City of Moreton Bay (Council) provide Prospective Tenderers with an Advance Tender Notice on its intent to invite Tenders for Management and Operation of Caravan Parks (Parks). BACKGROUND City of Moreton Bay (Council) is the operator of the following five (5) caravan parks - four in the Caboolture area, and one in the Redcliffe area: • Bongaree Caravan Park, Welsby Parade, Bongaree, Bribie Island; • Donnybrook Caravan Park, Alice Street, Donnybrook; • Toorbul Caravan Park, the Esplanade, Toorbul; • Beachmere Caravan Park, Biggs Avenue, Beachmere; • Bells Caravan Park, Thompson Crescent, Clontarf. Council is seeking the services of experienced caravan park managers or management companies to enter into an agreement for the five locations. Prospective Tenderers can submit a proposal on individual or multiple Parks TENDER DETAILS Council anticipates the opportunity to Tender will be invited via a Request for Tender through a separate Public Tenders event in Quarter 4 2026. Council will not accept any Tender submissions in response to this Advance Tender Notice. To ensure regard to ethical behaviour and fair dealing, please refrain from approaching or discussing this opportunity directly with Councillors, Councillor nominees or Council employees. All related communications will only be facilitated through Public Tenders forum within the Tender advertisement period.
