Overview Central Queensland University (CQU) invites tenders from suitably qualified and licenced contractors to undertake construction and fit out works at the CQU Bundaberg campus located at 6 University Dr, Branyan, QLD. Purpose The purpose of the project is to convert an existing shed into an engineering workshop. Scope The scope includes: Civil works Joinery Electrical services Data infrastructure installations Contractor Requirements Contractors must be suitably qualified and licenced Contract Terms and Conditions To align with CQU's capital expenditure requirements, all works must be completed prior to the annual Christmas shutdown commencing on 23 December 2026.
