Overview The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of the new A Block Building and associated works at Belmont State School, 1275 Old Cleveland Road, Carindale, 4152. Scope The scope includes: Design and construction of the new A Block Building, comprising 4 general learning classrooms over 2 levels, inclusive of staff area, collaboration spaces, data room, amenities and storerooms Construction of a new high-level walkway connecting the existing J Block to the new A Block Construction of a new covered access link and pathways Landscaping works Demolition of the existing M3 Block and A Block Eligibility The Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider, or accept a tender unless the tenderer: Is prequalified under the Queensland Government's Prequalification (PQC) System Satisfies financial requirements Meets project-specific criteria Further information about the Prequalification (PQC) System is available by contacting PQCRegistrar@epw.qld.gov.au. Site Inspection Date: 10 August 2026 Time: 10:00am Location: 1275 Old Cleveland Road, Carindale Qld 4152 Tenderers are to meet at the School Administration building, which is accessed off Scrub Road.
