About this tender
Overview Queensland Rail Limited is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide wheelset overhaul services to support the ongoing maintenance, safety, reliability and performance of its rollingstock fleet. Scope The scope includes: Inspection, overhaul, repair, testing and certification of wheelsets in accordance with Queensland Rail's technical, operational and quality requirements Services will primarily support Queensland Rail operations within Queensland Wheelsets will be supplied to and from locations specified in the Request documentation, with work to be undertaken at the supplier's facilities unless otherwise agreed Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of wheelset overhaul services Ability to deliver safe, compliant and cost-effective services while maintaining high standards of workmanship and supporting fleet availability objectives Detailed requirements, volumes and service expectations, including technical requirements, evaluation criteria and commercial arrangements, are outlined within the Request documentation. Contract Terms and Conditions The contract is anticipated to commence following completion of the procurement process and contract award, with services to be provided over the term of the resulting agreement Instructions to Tenderers How to Access the Event Tenderers who wish to access the tender documents must have an SAP Ariba network account to do business with Queensland Rail to enable visibility of your ARIBA profile. For this Tender (QRP-25-22), the information uploaded is not all the Tender information, however it is enough for suppliers and interested tenderers to determine whether the scope of works is suitable for their company profile. If a company is interested, please follow the above-mentioned steps. ARIBA Sourcing is Queensland Rail's tendering system and is the only tendering tool that tenderers must use to submit their responses. Queensland Rail will not accept any physical responses or responses via the website. Refer to the attached document, ARIBA Guide for Suppliers, for instructions on how to navigate ARIBA Sourcing once registered.
