Overview The Department of Defence is seeking a contractor to carry out building works at Brymaroo, QLD. The project involves replacement of an old demountable building with a new one, and re-connection of existing electrical and communications services. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of existing single storey demountable building A3, including structural support, access stair and ramp, concrete tie down block and disconnection of all services Making good groundwork including levelling, compaction and all associated works to ensure readiness for the new demountable Supply of a new classroom including reverse cycle split system air conditioning and all associated items Delivery and transport of the classroom and associated items to site Installation of the classroom including all associated works as per scope and building approval Supply and installation of a Person With Disability (PWD) ramp Connection to mains power and data Connection to existing drainage for stormwater, sewer and water Builders work in connection (BWIC) Eligibility The Tenderer must, at the time of submitting its tender, satisfy each condition for participation as follows: The Tenderer must complete and return the signed Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement Instructions to Tenderers Tender responses are to be submitted electronically via the AusTender website: www.tenders.gov.au, using the 'Lodgement Page' link on the tender notification.
