Overview Whitsunday Regional Council is seeking a contractor to construct and maintain a new fully functional and operational road and parkland at the Cannonvale Community Hub site. Scope The scope includes: All works described in the design documentation required to construct a new road and parkland at 42-46 Galbraith Park Drive, Cannon Valley 4802 (Lot 902 on SP173637) Maintenance of the new road and parkland following construction Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A non-mandatory Tender Site Briefing will be held for this opportunity. Date: Thursday 27th September 2026 Time: 10.00am Location: Galbraith Park, Galbraith Park Drive, Cannonvale 4802, meeting at the Picnic table Attendance: Non-mandatory PPE is a requirement to attend this site, at a minimum Hi-Vis long-sleeved shirt, full length pants, steel cap boots and eye protection. It is also recommended to wear sun protection. Attendance must be confirmed via contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au no later than midday, Wednesday, 26th August 2026.
