About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) is seeking professional organisations with previous experience to deliver contractor services for the support of TechnologyOne Limited (TechnologyOne) Financial Management Information System software (FMIS). About CASA's Financial Management Information System (FMIS) is based on the TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere (CiA) platform, using standard TechnologyOne solutions wherever practicable. The FMIS environment supports CASA's core corporate functions, including Financial Management, Budgeting, Procurement, Travel and Expenses, Cash Receipting, and Reporting. The platform interfaces with a number of enterprise systems, including Aurion for Human Resources and Payroll, and ServiceNow for service management and workflow-related processes. The FMIS supports critical business operations across the organisation and requires ongoing maintenance, optimisation, integration, reporting, and change management activities to ensure service continuity and compliance with CASA policies and procedures. Scope The scope includes: Support of the TechnologyOne Financial Management Information System (FMIS) software Ongoing maintenance of the FMIS environment Optimisation of the FMIS environment Integration activities related to the FMIS environment Reporting activities related to the FMIS environment Change management activities related to the FMIS environment Contractor Requirements Previous experience delivering contractor services for the support of TechnologyOne FMIS software Appropriate expertise and experience to provide the services listed in the ATM
