About this tender
Overview City Parklands Services Pty Ltd (City Parklands) is seeking submissions from experienced cleaning service providers for the delivery of cleaning services across its public parks, amenities, and event precincts. About City Parklands manages the operations of Roma Street Parkland and other premier open spaces throughout Brisbane. Scope The Contract includes: Routine cleaning of public amenities, facilities and parkland assets Cleaning and presentation services associated with events and activations Waste management and recycling services associated with event operations Supply and management of specified consumables Respondents may tender for: Category 1: Core Cleaning Services Category 2: Event Cleaning Services Both Categories Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Date: Friday 18 September 2026 Attendance: Mandatory Refer to the tender documents for details. Instructions to Tenderers Interested respondents should obtain the tender documentation via the electronic tender portal. Attachment 3, the Draft Master Services Agreement, will be issued via addendum before COB Friday 18 September 2026.
