About this tender
Overview Economic Development Queensland is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the delivery of civil, electrical and landscape construction works associated with the development of Stage 1 of the balance Oonoonba Priority Development Area (PDA). Scope The scope includes: Construction of civil infrastructure to deliver thirty-seven (37) fully serviced residential lots and one englobo future development parcel Development of associated public open space Construction of road infrastructure, including roads and footpaths Installation of electrical reticulation services Installation of stormwater management infrastructure Landscape works to support future residential development and community use Site clearing and earthworks Installation of essential services Landscaping works, including an establishment and maintenance period Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in civil, electrical and landscape construction works Ability to deliver the works in accordance with the approved design documentation, statutory authority requirements and all relevant Australian Standards Contract Terms and Conditions The Contractor shall deliver the Works in accordance with the Construct Only Contract Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory Site Visit has been scheduled for this opportunity.
