About this tender

The South Burnett Regional Council is seeking to establish a Contract with a suitably qualified Cleaner for the provision of cleaning and other general duties for the Blackbutt Customer Service Centre and Library, as well as disposal of street bin rubbish as per included table. Quotation table will include separate pricing for cleaning and rubbish disposal. Council reserves the right to engage multiple contractors for one or more of the services. All work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Council Absolute security shall be always maintained, and no documents shall be read or otherwise examined. Only persons approved in writing shall enter the building with the cleaner/s Alarms are to be set when leaving the buildings. Any damages, unlawful entry etc is to be reported immediately The contents of the waste bins shall be deposited in Council provided receptacles. The contents of the street bins shall be deposited at Councils waste facility. The Cleaner will provide all necessary cleaning equipment and materials at no cost to Council. Council will provide toilet rolls, paper hand towels, soap, deodorant blocks and bin liners for the toilet and kitchen. THIS IS NOT TO RUN OUT. Contract will commence in July 2026
