Overview Scenic Rim Regional Council is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services for public toilet blocks and park facilities across the region. Scope The scope includes: Cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures and fittings within the structure of public toilet blocks Cleaning of picnic tables located in parks and other specified facilities Cleaning of dog waste bag dispensers located in parks and other specified facilities Cleaning of electric barbeques located in parks and other specified facilities Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 Option for two (2) further twelve (12) month periods
