Construction Material Management, including Beneficial Reuse or Recycling of Earthen Materials

Overview The City of Gold Coast requires the services of one or more appropriately licenced and/or authorised construction material management contractors for the management of dredged and/or excavated non-contaminated material (nonconmat), contaminated materials (conmat), and greenwaste. Scope The scope includes management of accepted materials, which may involve: Receiving of dredged and/or excavated nonconmat, conmat, and greenwaste Temporary storage of accepted materials Recycling of accepted materials Reprocessing of accepted materials Treatment of accepted materials Buyback of accepted materials Disposal of accepted materials Contractor Requirements Appropriate licencing and/or authorisation for construction material management, including the management of nonconmat, conmat, and greenwaste Instructions to Tenderers Suppliers must complete the tender documents and submit their response via VendorPanel by the closing date and time Responses that do not include completed tender documents may not be considered Email submissions will not be accepted
