Overview Australian Target Systems (ATS), as the Managing Contractor for the Integrated Land Target System (ILTS) Program, is seeking to establish a Standing Offer for the supply of Corrugated Target System Consumable products for the Department of Defence (Defence). About The Integrated Land Target System (ILTS) Program defines a means by which Defence can improve, modernise and enhance land combatant training outcomes through contemporary and fit for purpose target systems and Consumables, managed and sustained under the Program. Purpose This Statement of Requirement (SOR) defines the requirement for the establishment of a Standing Offer for the supply of Corrugated Target System Consumable products in support of Army training activities. Scope The scope includes: Procurement, delivery into service, inventory management, replenishment and sustainment (where applicable) of Corrugated Target System Consumable products for Defence Supply of target board and decal products comprising the Corrugated Target System Provision of products for use on Defence training ranges to enable the safe, realistic and effective conduct of live-fire weapons training Replacement of products engaged with live ammunition as a result of ballistic damage, weathering and normal range wear Contractor Requirements Corrugated Target System Consumables must provide clear visual definition and consistent engagement characteristics Products must be suitable for use with the weapon systems and ammunition types specified in this tender Consumables must be cost-effective, available in relevant volumes and supplied to support sustained and surge training demand
