About this tender
The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) invites suitably qualified Suppliers to submit an Offer for the provision of a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) solution. UniSQ currently undertakes control monitoring activities across key financial and people-related processes, including procure-to-pay (including corporate credit cards) and payroll, through a combination of manual and fragmented approaches. This limits the University’s ability to consistently identify control exceptions, anomalies, non-compliance and potential fraud in a timely and systematic manner. The objective of this Invitation to Offer is to implement a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) solution that strengthens oversight, risk detection, and assurance across critical business processes. The proposed solution should support: • Automated detection of control exceptions and anomalies. • Continuous monitoring across key risk and control areas. • Improved reporting and visibility for management and assurance functions. • Reduction in reliance on manual controls. • Strengthened governance, compliance, and audit outcomes.
