Overview WorkCover Queensland (WCQ) is seeking the provision and implementation of a modern Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform. Purpose The procurement is intended to ensure continuity of service, address current technology limitations, and support the organisation's risk maturity objectives and 2030 Strategy. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) GRC solution that maintains existing risk and compliance capabilities while providing a scalable foundation for future enhancement Ongoing application management and support services, including platform maintenance, upgrades, incident management and technical support Implementation services to transition from WCQ's current GRC platform to the Transition State of the new solution, including design, configuration, integration, testing, data migration support and defect resolution
