About this tender
Overview The State of Queensland, acting through the Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing, and Regional and Rural Development, invites your organisation to respond to the attached Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Copperfield Dam Site Access Earthworks, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications contained therein. Scope Site access earthworks at Copperfield Dam Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Attendance at one of the Customer's webinar briefing sessions is mandatory. Sessions will be held via MS Teams at the following times: Session 1: 3:00pm to 3:30pm, Monday, 27 July 2026 Session 2: 10:00am to 10:30am, Wednesday, 29 July 2026 Format: Virtual briefing (MS Teams) A site visit at Copperfield Dam (Lyndhurst QLD) is also available to interested tenderers on the morning of Thursday, 6 August 2026, at the tenderer's own expense. Given the remote location of the site, attendance at the site visit is optional. Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers are requested to confirm, by return email, receipt of the invitation email no later than COB 24 July 2026. Tenderers should also advise their availability for attending one of the webinar briefing sessions and the site visit. Any additional information, including clarifications and responses to supplier questions, will be released via email for tenderers' consideration.
