Overview Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Design & Construct of the New Trinity Beach Booster Pump Station. Scope Design and construction of the new Trinity Beach Booster Pump Station Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in design and construction works Contract Terms and Conditions Tenders must remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing time Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Tenderlink, using the response forms within the tender documentation. It is recommended that tenderers begin uploading their submission files at least two (2) hours before the tender closing time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion. Submissions will not be opened publicly, and the lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on submissions received, and may invite all respondents to amend their submission to take into account any such change. Enquiries Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date, and all questions, information requests and clarifications should be posted prior to this time.
