What the buyer is requesting Details Cook Shire Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified Tenderers to upgrade approximately 200m of concrete road pavement on Bloomfield Road, which lies approximately 3.5km north of Wujal Wujal, as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope. This project is funded under the ATSI-TIDS Program, a State government initiative, and must be delivered in the 2026–27 financial year. Given the risk of wet season access cut-off, construction should ideally be carried out during the dry season (typically May to November). The deadline for project completion is 31/10/26.
