Racing Queensland (RQ) is seeking offers from suitably experienced Suppliers for the provision of Design and Construction of an Equipment Storage Shed at Rockhampton Jockey Club Inc. The successful Tenderer will be engaged via Racing Queensland's’ (RQs) Design and Works Agreement to complete the works. The following documentation will be available to download via the etender portal: • Letter of Invitation • Scope of Works (specification) document • Tender Response Schedule (returnable) • Price Response Schedule (returnable) • RQs Design and Works Agreement TEMPLATE • RQ Conditions of Tendering • QLD Government Supplier Code of Conduct 2026. Offers may only be submitted electronically through the etender portal. The closing time and date nominated in this Request for Tender (RFT) is the latest time by which a submission must be logged. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. An optional online tender briefing may be held via Microsoft Teams on request. Tenderers interested in the tender briefing are to advise via email (procurement@racingqueensland.com.au), along with your intent to offer. We will notify you once a date has been set and forward the meeting invitation, if applicable.
