Design & Construct (D&C) University Reservoir 2

Overview Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractors for the University 2 Reservoir Design & Construction Project. Scope Design and construction of the University 2 Reservoir Contractor Requirements Demonstrated capability and experience in the design and delivery of major water infrastructure, including reinforced concrete reservoirs, pump stations, water main integration, controls, commissioning and operational handover Contract Terms and Conditions Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 180 days from the closing time Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted Submissions will not be opened publicly Instructions to Tenderers Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date, and all questions, information requests and clarifications should be posted prior to this time. Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Tenderlink, using the response forms within the tender documentation. It is strongly recommended that tenderers begin uploading their submission files at least two (2) hours before the tender closing time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.
