Council is seeking the supply of all labour, plant, equipment and materials for the supply, delivery, storage, and the installation associated with the replacement of 16 roller doors and retrofitting safety devices to 2 roller doors at it's Dooley Street Depot Fleet Workshop, including not limited to: Positively location and protection of all existing services. Make good if relocated or terminated. Demolition of existing items as required to complete the Works, if not expressly listed for demolition the contractor must confirm with Superintendent prior to works. Construction of all temporary and permanent structures including QA, compliance testing & certification. Reinstate all disturbed surfaces and infrastructure as they were found prior to construction. Provision of all manufacturer’s extended and contractor’s warranties with maintenance periods as stipulated in the tender documents. A Form 16 to be supplied on completion of works. The contractor is to ensure the works comply in accordance with Local Council and other statutory authority requirements All Operational, Maintenance Manuals and warranties (1 x hardcopy, 1 x Electronic) to the satisfaction of Council; and Any other documentation necessary to achieve Practical Completion under the terms of Contract to the satisfaction of Council.
