Overview Cloncurry Shire Council is seeking a contractor to undertake road remediation works as part of its 2026 Flood Program. This tender package covers road remediation works approved by the Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA) on Canobie Road and Gleeson Road. Scope The work is more particularly described in the Scope documents identified at Part 5 of the Request for Tender, but includes (without limitation) the following activities: Site mobilisation and setting up the works Traffic management, site setout, dilapidation and progress photos Gravel resheeting Medium formation grading Heavy formation grading Heavy formation grading (incorporating imported material) Contract Terms and Conditions Tenders to be awarded in early to mid September 2026 Indicative commencement of works in mid to late September 2026 Practical completion to be achieved by 20 November 2026
