Cloncurry Shire Council (the Principal) invites tenders for the Eastern Drainage Stage 5 – Cut Off Drain as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope of Works. Pursuant to s228(7) of the LGR 2012 Council may later invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specifications. Indicatively, Tenders to be awarded by 21 July 2026. Practical Completion to be achieved by 12 October 2026. Indicatively, Commencement of Works to 14 August 2026.
