EOI C4531 - Lubrication Oil Flushing - Eva Copper Project

Overview Harmony invites expressions of interest (EOI) from capable and experienced Contractors and Suppliers for EOI C4531, Lubrication Oil Flushing, Eva Copper Project, issued by Eva Copper Mine Pty Ltd. Respondents must demonstrate, through their response, a clear capability against the key requirements of the package. Scope The scope includes: Comprehensive Hydraulic and Lube Oil Flushing Services for the Eva Copper Mine Project Complete management, day-to-day execution, and supervision of specialised Hot Oil Flushing (HOF) services for critical on-site hydraulic and lubrication oil skids Provision of all necessary specialised equipment to safely execute the work, including high-flow flushing pumps, tanks, temporary jumper hoses, heating units, generators, utility vehicles, and consumables Responsibility for the completeness of the flushing, cleanliness, and verification of screen or mesh cleanliness Contractor Requirements This package requires, at a minimum, an organisation that can display: Current or previous client reference details for delivery of like services on remote and/or mine sites Compliance with the Project's Australian Industry Participation Plan (AIPP) requirements, available here: Eva Copper Mine AIPP Executive Summary A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and strong commitments to the employment and development of First Nations people Information Requested EOI submissions should be kept short and should specifically address the following: General company information ABN, company name, and registered address Contact details (name, email, mobile) Alternate point of contact details Headquarters and office locations Company financials Local and Indigenous engagement policies Prior project information and capability statement Safety, risk, quality, and other accreditations Response specific to this package of work Proof of capabilities Relevant experience and personnel (staff) Potential sub-supplier requirements Other information considered essential to supporting the Supplier's submission Instructions to Tenderers EVAMP will refer to the EOIs to assist in gauging its understanding of market capability and interest.
