About this tender
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified builders wishing to be considered for a shortlist to tender. Tender documents will be available in the first week of July for a four-week tender period. Construction is to begin during the September school holidays, with completion prior to Easter 2027. The project consists of: Art classroom Art storage Kiln room Science classroom Science prep room Staff work room Withdrawal room Staff and student toilets COLA deck Footpath Pump station and connection to on-site effluent system NAB's Construction Risk Manager will confirm the suitability, experience, and capacity of the appointed builder and will approve the shortlist of tenderers.
