Overview The Moreton Bay Wildlife Hospital Foundation invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced head contractors for the construct only delivery of the new Moreton Bay Wildlife Hospital at Dakabin, Queensland. Purpose This significant Queensland Government supported community project will deliver a purpose built facility dedicated to the treatment, care and rehabilitation of native wildlife across Moreton Bay and South East Queensland. Scope The scope includes: Construct only delivery of the new Moreton Bay Wildlife Hospital at Dakabin, Queensland Construction of specialist clinical and animal-care areas Construction of administration and community facilities Delivery within a thoughtfully designed, environmentally responsive setting Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced head contractor Capable and collaborative builder with demonstrated experience delivering quality health, veterinary, community or comparable commercial facilities Instructions to Tenderers This EOI will be used to identify and shortlist contractors for a subsequent restricted construction tender, anticipated to be released in October 2026.
