Overview South Bank Corporation is seeking to establish a panel of qualified and experienced suppliers to support the delivery of its annual events, activations and public programming across the South Bank precinct. About South Bank is one of Queensland's most visited destinations and delivers a diverse calendar of events ranging from small community activations and wellness programs to large-scale public festivals, outdoor concerts, cultural celebrations and strategic partnerships. Scope The panel consists of six categories of goods and/or services: Category A: Temporary Event Infrastructure Requirements Category B: Staging, Structures and Rigging Category C: Audio Production and Sound Services Requirements Category D: Lighting, Vision and Special Effects Requirements Category E: Event Production and Technical Management Requirements Category F: Event Crew and Technical Personnel Contractor Requirements Suppliers may respond to one or more categories Suppliers must demonstrate the capability, experience and capacity to deliver goods and/or services for the categories for which they are applying Contract Terms and Conditions Appointment to the Panel does not guarantee a minimum volume of work Services will be engaged on an event-by-event basis throughout the Contract Term
