Scope The scope includes: Proposals for industrial development on land totalling approximately 98.37 hectares, comprising six indicative development areas Options to propose individual development areas, combinations of areas, or all of the land Options to acquire the land by purchase, lease, or both Potential reuse of existing buildings and infrastructure on the site, subject to confirmation and proponent due diligence Eligibility Open to suitably qualified industrial end users proposing industrial development within the Gladstone State Development Area
