Expression of Interest for Design and Construction of PCYC at Pimpama

Overview The City of Gold Coast invites Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and capable head contractors for the design and construction of a new two-level PCYC youth, community, sport and recreation facility at Pimpama Village Park North. Purpose This EOI is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process and will be used to establish a shortlist for a subsequent Select Tender. The City's current preference is to shortlist approximately three Respondents. Scope The scope includes: Design and construction of a new two-level PCYC youth, community, sport and recreation facility at Pimpama Village Park North Delivery under a Design and Construct delivery model The estimated construction budget is approximately $22 million.
