Overview Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for the Aspley St Dympna's Primary School extension project. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of the existing building Construction of two new early years buildings, including learning spaces and amenities Construction of a new carpark extension New landscaping Refurbishment of areas of two existing buildings Contractor Requirements The Principal Contractor is to have capacity for construction in late 2026 and throughout 2027 How to Apply A tender panel will be selected from the names registered.
