Overview The Department of Sport, Racing and Olympic and Paralympic Games (DSROPG) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced café and hospitality operators to lease and operate the existing café facility at Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct (SCRP). Scope Lease of the existing café facility at Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct Operation of the café facility at Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced café and hospitality operator Tender Briefing and Site Inspection DSROPG will conduct an optional site inspection and industry briefing at Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct to provide interested respondents with an opportunity to inspect the café facility and ask questions relating to the EOI. Date: Tuesday 15 September 2026 Time: 9.30am to 10.30am Location: Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct, 80 Currimundi Road, Currimundi QLD Attendance: Optional Respondents wishing to attend must register their attendance, including the names of no more than three personnel, by emailing procurement@sport.qld.gov.au no later than 10am Monday 14th September 2026. Any information provided during the site inspection or industry briefing that may affect respondent submissions will be communicated to all respondents.
