Scope The scope includes: Erection and completion of a new two storey Primary Building (Stage 1) at King's Christian College, Walloon Campus Construction of a building with an approximate area of 1,960m2 Delivery of the project as a Type A Construction, Class 9b Building Contractor Requirements Expressions of Interest are invited from licensed builders only Contract Terms and Conditions Tender Period: 3rd November to 1st December 2026 Commencement on Site: January 2027 Instructions to Tenderers A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered.
